The ski area of Grandvalira is the largest
skiable domain in the Pyrenees and, since expanding slightly
in 2011 and again in 2012, it now offers 200 kilometers of
linked runs streching from Pas de la Casa by the French border
all the way across to Encamp, taking in Grau Roig, Soldeu,
El Tarter and Canillo along the way.
Grandvalira was originally formed in the 2003-04 season which
saw Soldeu & El Tarter merge with Pas de la Casa &
Grau Roig.
There has also been large investment in new lifts and snow
cannons, so Grandvalira now offers world class facilities.
Grandvalira Soldeu hosted World Cup ski racing as
well as numerous Freestyle events.
The Grandvalira ski passes are now available for Pal-Arinsal and Arcalis ski slopes too.
There is an empahasis on the whole holiday experience, offering
seven schools catering for all levels of skiers and snowboarders,
along with numerous activities on and off the mountain so
that you can enjoy your mountain holiday even if you're not
a skier.

PAL-ARINSAL| Altitud: 1550 - 2625 mts
The ski area of PAL-ARINSAL covers Arinsal,
Pal in Andorra, all covered by
the same lift pass, which affords guests the possibility of
a great variety of skiing and snowboarding.
The most popular holiday resort of Arinsal is linked to Pal
by a 50 person cable car.
Ordino-Arcalis being a bus journey away, taking approximately
40 minutes, and offers arguably the best skiing in Andorra,
often being the last resort to close at the end of season
due to its popularity with locals. The PAL-ARINSAL ski pass allow you to ski in ORDINO-ARCALIS
There are 43 lifts providing access to 93 kilomters of marked
runs, plus several Freeride areas for off piste riding.
Pal-Arinsal (ex-Vallnord) is an ideal area for skiers & snowboarders of
every ability and has three schools all operated by Pal-Arinsal
who offer an excellent standard of tuition.
Arinsal school has a large number of British instructors so
it is a popular destination for British & Irish guests
